30 Minute Express Workout
30-MIN EXPRESS


For those with a busy schedule or those starting off in getting fit, you picked the right class - 30-Minute Express Workout! You can dedicate at least 30 minutes, once per week to your own health with Fitness Motivators. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals! Use of hand weights, a chair, and/or concentrated moves. Instructor will bring in other equipment for use in this class! Never the same boring routine, each class will be different.

All Level Boot Camp
ALL LEVEL
BOOT CAMP


Our Cardio Boxing class kicks into another level, BUT ANY LEVEL can do this class, because we provide the beginners and advanced clients with Team Instructors! A total body workout! By the end of the session, your stamina, strength, and confidence will go up a notch or two! Last 15 minutes are reserved for abs or use of focus mitts (optional). Hand weights are used for maximum toning results. Geared for ALL fitness levels!

Fitness Motivators Boot Camp
BOOT CAMP


We deliver serious results. Be prepared to amaze yourself! Fitness Motivators Boot Camp is designed for fast and serious weight loss with toning! This Boot Camp offers a realistic program of exercise aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, excess body fat loss and personal appearance.

Cardio Boxing
CARDIO BOXING


A popular class - Cardio Boxing! Two worlds come together to bring you a combination of aerobics and kickboxing. Great for newcomers, while challenging the most fit. Great music and different combinations in each class! Never the same boring routine! Hand weights are used for maximum toning results. Last 15 minutes are reserved for abdominal or develop punching and defensive techniques through drills with the use of focus mitts. Geared for ALL fitness level.

Curves Circuit
CURVES CIRCUIT

Zumba® in the Circuit creates the same party atmosphere as every other Zumba program because the rhythm of the dance is the passion and foundation which keeps the participant engaged and coming back. Zumba® in the Circuit is fun, different, challenging and effective and provides, for the participant, a new avenue to weighted activity.

IMPORTANT:  If you do not take this class with an experienced certified fitness Instructor, you risk injury! We have been teaching Zumba Fitness® for many years now and recently added Zumba® in the Circuit to our program, because our company offers highly qualified certified Instructors.

DANCE FUSION™


Dance Fusion™ has been a part of Fitness Motivators for over 10 years! Using fun dance moves and the calorie-burning power of aerobics, this fusion workout tones the whole body! This class offers a non-stop, 45-minute workout that will melt away fat, while the last 15 minutes will define your physique with Hand Weight training! Dance moves are intertwined into an aerobic workout that is fun and energetic! All ages are welcome - beginners to advance exercisers!

EXTREME POWER TRAINING


This program is specifically designed for men and women who wants a challenge, or to challenge each other. Although the class will be no-nonsense and easy-to-follow, it will include high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge participants’ strength and endurance while burning many calories. The class moves quickly, from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Modification (as well as in our other programs) will always be demonstrated to stay safe and avoid injury.

FIT AND FABULOUS


For those who walk, sometimes lift weights, are in fairly good shape, or in a regular fitness routine, then they are ready for a new challenge. This program is tailored for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Participants will push their bodies to slightly higher demands and will reap the benefits of increased activity and rewards. Clients in this program will set new goals and challenges.

Fitness Motivators - Abs, Butt, and Core (FM-ABC Fitness). This aerobic program is designed to make your core section "lean' and incorporates strength training, stretching and aerobics. MOMMY+ME=FITNESS


BRING YOUR BABY, MEET LOCAL MOMS AND GET FIT, TOO! We all want to get in shape, but what do we do when we have a little one? Extra expense in finding a sitter is the reason many of us have given, including instructor and mom Annie, for not getting to the gym or taking a class. Well, no longer...bring the kids with you! With the use of a stroller, weights and a mat, you will get a total workout, while baby stays happy as engaging songs and child-friendly activities are mixed with cardio and strength training.

REAL WOMEN+ FITNESS


Fitness for women only! This program is non-intimidating and although all fitness levels are welcome to participate, is created for beginners or plus-sizes. Fitness Motivators offers a safe environment where women can exercise physically while feeling secure emotionally. Sessions will be FUN, non-jumping, easy-to-follow without complex movements while doing cardiovascular training and complete body toning. This class may also include fitness walking, weather permitting.

ORIGINATED BY Fitness Motivators! You will start with a variety of slow, controlled mat toning exercises and end the last 15 minutes doing energizing aerobics to get you motivated. Through Yoga Flow, you will be guided on your journey to Health and Balance. Experience the meditative benefits of yoga through linking of breath with movement. This class is perfect for all levels.

Z-Box Fitness
Z-BOX FITNESS


Experience the difference. Boxing, Dancing, Body Toning, Mat, and Relaxation = Z-Box Fitness® (the Z is short for Z.E.N.). Z-Box Fitness® blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today, mixed with basic boxing moves. You will complete Z-Box’s total body workout with a host of resistance training and standing Z.E.N. Z-Box’s technique utilizes intermittent training by varying bursts of energizing, fun exercises with decreased intensity recovery periods. This style has incredible advantages. It is the quickest way to get fit, lose fat, and be supercharged for optimal fitness. Throw in the weights and you speed up the process even more!

As see in the Z-Box Workout DVD! Z.E.N. is a conscious effort to train the mind to be fully present by controlling the breath, mind, and body in one balanced moment. Z.E.N. is the relaxation/Mat Fusion portion of Z-Box: for the body, soul, and mind. Same class as Mat Fusion.

Zumba® is not your average cardio class! Latin inspired music and a combination of fast and slow rhythms promises to tone and sculpt your body while having a great time. Unlike others, this class is taught the original Zumba® style! NOTE: ANY Zumba® class that you see being offered, please be sure that Instructor is authorized to teach Zumba®!

Aqua Zumba
AQUA ZUMBA


Aqua Zumba® is the "pool party" workout for all ages. A safe, effective and challenging water-based workout integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Designed for all fitness levels.

Zumba Gold
ZUMBA GOLD


Zumba® Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun as the regular Zumba classes. Zumba® Gold classes strives to improve our balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.

ZUMBA TONING


Zumba® Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. You'll learn how to use the weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
