30-Minute Express Workout

For those with a busy Class Menu or those starting off in getting fit, you picked the right class! You can dedicate at least 30 minutes, once per week to your own health with Fitness Motivators.  Let us help you achieve your fitness goals!  Use of hand weights, a chair, and concentrated moves. Instructor will bring in other equipment for use in this class! Never the same boring routine, each class will be different.

45-Minute Express Workout

Just like the 30-Minute Express Workout, we now offer 45 Minutes for those that are looking to take fitness one step higher.  Never the same boring routine, each class will be different.

All Level
Boot Camp

Our Cardio Boxing class kicks into another level, BUT ANY LEVEL can do this class, because we provide the beginners and advance with Team Instructors! A total body workout! By the end of the session, your stamina, strength, and confidence will go up a notch or two! Last 15 minutes are reserved for abs or use of focus mitts (optional). Hand weights are used for maximum toning results. Geared for ALL fitness levels!

Boot Camp

We deliver serious results. Be prepared to amaze yourself! Fitness Motivators Boot Camp is designed for fast and serious weight loss with toning! This Boot Camp offers a realistic program of exercise aimed at achieving individual physical fitness goals, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, excess body fat loss and personal appearance.

Bold and Beautiful

This program is non-intimidating and although all fitness levels are welcome to participate, is created for plus-size or beginners. Sessions will be super-easy-to-follow without complex movements while doing cardiovascular training and complete body toning. This class may also include fitness walking, weather permitting.

Cardio Boxing

A popular class! Two worlds come together to bring you a combination of aerobics and kickboxing. Great for newcomers, while challenging the most fit. Great music and different combinations in each class! Never the same boring routine! Hand weights are used for maximum toning results. Last 15 minutes are reserved for abdominal or develop punching and defensive techniques through drills with the use of focus mitts. Geared for ALL fitness level.

Combo Flow Mat™

Develop flexible strength by combining gentle Yoga poses, classic Pilates mat exercises, and/or the best of body sculpting with props, followed by a deep relaxation with a mist of lavender, all within one hour. Other benefits include flexible spine, long lean muscles, core strength, relaxed state-of-mind, and breath control. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and those who wish for a variety of mat toning exercises in a relaxed environment.

Dance Fusion™

Dance Fusion™ has been a part of Fitness Motivators for over 10 years! Using fun dance moves and the calorie-burning power of aerobics, this fusion workout tones the whole body! This class offers a non-stop, 45-minute workout that will melt away fat, while the last 15 minutes will define your physique with Hand Weight training! Dance moves are intertwined into an aerobic workout that is fun and energetic! All ages are welcome - beginners to advance exercisers!

Extreme Power Training

This program is specifically designed for men and women who wants a challenge, or to challenge each other. Although the class will be no-nonsense and easy-to-follow, it will include high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge participants’ strength and endurance while burning many calories. The class moves quickly, from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Modification (as well as in our other programs) will always be demonstrated to stay safe and avoid injury.

Fit and Fabulous

For those who walk, sometimes lift weights, are in fairly good shape, or in a regular fitness routine, then they are ready for a new challenge. This program is tailored for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Participants will push their bodies to slightly higher demands and will reap the benefits of increased activity and rewards. Clients in this program will set new goals and challenges.

Fitness Fusion

(Also like the Description of "Ultimate Fitness") A fusion of all our classes combined!  Have you reached your plateau or bored with your current fitness level?  If so, this class is perfect for you! Circuit Training, Interval, Cardio Boxing, Dance Aerobics, even Zumba, to name a few things we do in this class!

FM-ABC Fitness

Fitness Motivators (FM) Abs, Butt, and Core (ABC Fitness). This aerobic program is designed to make your core section "lean' and incorporates strength training, stretching and aerobics. Spend an hour, one day per week, sculpting, strengthening, tightening, toning and stretching yourself from head to toe!! A great workout and perfect for any level of fitness! Interval Training

Fitness Motivators original and most popular program! Super effective workout that gives three times the fat loss compared to aerobics alone. Only a weight/aerobic combination workout is the best for losing weight and looking great! You will also do a variety of exercises all in this class! - xGravity, Sculpt and Stretch, Complete Body Toning, Cardio Boxing, Strictly Cardio, and much more for you to experience quick, visible results!

Old Skool Aerobics

For those who love the 70’s, 80’s and some 90’s top dance and some rock music… this class if for you!  45 minutes of straight aerobics.  This class is set up with Tracks and not continuous music. Similar to the Zumba class format, but with music we all know and love! Your heart rate will be right on target with Motown Funk!

Step Aerobics

Step into shape with us! This old-time favorite class returns with fun, easy to follow step moves. Experience an intense cardio workout while learning the basic step movements without feeling lost.

Total Fitness

You won't get bored with Fitness Motivators!  Why do a single workout that can't provide long-term results when you can do a variety of exercises all in one class? Yoga Flow

Through Yoga, you will be guided on your journey to Health and Balance. This is the perfect class to undue a stressful mind and at the same time, developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, and muscular strength all at your own pace. Experience the meditative benefits of yoga through linking of breath with movement. This class is perfect for all levels.

Z-BOX®

ORIGINATED BY Fitness Motivators! Experience the difference. Z-Box Fitness® (the Z is short for Zen) blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today mixed with basic boxing moves. You will complete Z-Box’s total body workout with a host of resistance training and end with Zen (that mimics Tai Chi) or a relaxation stretch. You will feel exhilarated - Expect quick results! Prepare to have fun while burning 500-700+ calories during one-hour of Z-Box! This class caters to ALL Fitness Levels!

Zumba® is not your average cardio class! Latin inspired music and a combination of fast and slow rhythms promises to tone and sculpt your body while having a great time. Unlike others, this class is taught the original Zumba® style! NOTE: ANY Zumba® class that you see being offered, please be sure that Instructor is authorized to teach Zumba®!

Aqua Zumba® is the "pool party" workout for all ages. A safe, effective and challenging water-based workout integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Designed for all fitness levels.

Zumba® Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun as the regular Zumba classes. Zumba® Gold classes strives to improve our balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.
Equipment: wear comfortable workout clothing, bring water and a hand towel.

Zumba® Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. You'll learn how to use the weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
Equipment: wear comfortable workout clothing, bring your hand weights (or you will be able to purchase the Toning Sticks from us if they are in stock), water and a hand towel.
