Fitness Motivators Since 2009

Diamond is a native Detroiter, Certified Massage Therapist, and Intern with Fitness Motivators, who enjoys motivating others to get 'in tune' with their body and mind.  She is a strong advocate of health and wellness.  Diamond has been in the dance, fitness and therapeutic bodywork industry for over two decades.   She has 'rubbed many the right way'!  (From instructing future Massage Therapist at Everest Institute, to volunteering her services to Battered Women Shelters to massaging Professional Athletes, etc.  She has her own business, "Soul 2 Sole Comfort Zone",  a company that offers Spa Parties and Corporate On-site Bodywork.
 
When Diamond attended her first Fitness Motivator class she was blown away by the high energy of the Instructor and the enthusiasm of each participant.  She felt 'what an amazing, innovative concept that allows people to really move their bodies, burn goo-gobs of calories, and  to happily reach their fitness goals in a positive, wholesome, and upbeat atmosphere...with a SMILE!  I LOVE IT!' Wow, an epiphany!  Fitness Motivators is her new HOME.  She was ready for 'adoption'.!
 
Diamond firmly believes "Everybody needs and deserves genuine motivation with... a SMILE!"   She is looking forward to teaching a Z-box class in 2010.  Hopefully the possibilities will be endless.
 
Her greatest passion is volunteering her time in the Ministry and conducting free home Bible studies. She spends her siestas at home with her little Maltese doggie, Mafille (ma-fee)!
