Each Fitness Motivators class
that you register for in the spring session (March-May 2009)

Each class
you attend during the session
(counts for only the class(es)
that you are registered in) Make sure to see your Instructor to
check your name off on the Challenge Sign-In Sheet and -
remember to record in your Activity Log!

Bring a guest to your class
and you will both receive 10 points (limit to one visit per
guest)

25 POINTS |
If your guest registers after
trying a class, both of you
will receive 25 points per class that she/he joins!

20 POINTS |
If you have a success story
from participating in our program (not just in this challenge) and would like to share
it on our
website,
submit it along with a photo.

Keep a
fitness journal. Make sure to include what activity you did and
up to three positive things that happened to you on that day. It will be
your personal journal. If you show it to us a few times
during this session to prove your are using it, you will
received 20 points! You can use any
notebook for your fitness journal, or the
Fitness Motivators fitness journal.

Cholesterol checked during the
spring session

Make a new friend in class and
exchange telephone numbers. Several great friendships were
developed in a Fitness Motivators class throughout the 20 years!
Plus, this is a great opportunity to have a fitness buddy to
help you reach your fitness goals!

Participant in a
fundraiser walk or fitness event during the spring session
|

5 POINTS |
Take
your resting heart rate for three
mornings and then calculate your
training heart rate
|
The challenge is based on the
honor-system!
Make sure to record your activities, results, comments, etc. on your
Activity Log!
At the end of the Spring session, give your completed Activity Log to your
instructor.
Winners will be contacted and announced on our website and eNews.
