Fitness Motivators Original Program

 

We all know incorporating a workout routine on a regular basis increases your vitality, energy levels, mental outlook, and most importantly your overall health. Z-Box Fitness (the Z is short for Zen) blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today with a host of resistance training techniques and basic boxing moves.

 

We are excited to offer Z-Box, an original program created by Fitness Motivators - with a blend of other styles and training techniques (the use of hand weights for the 45-minute session and including a mat/abs workout to the 60-minute session).

 

This will blend all of our fitness styles into one NEW exciting fitness experience. The formal name for this class is..."Z-BOX Fitness™"  We will have video clips and other valuable information at this site in the near future.

 

Professional Instructors
We will soon offer a workshop approved by AFAA for your Continuing Education Credits. Please email us if you are interested in joining this workshop and offering this class to your students.
