Fall Back Into A Fitness Motivators Class!

FM SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER UPDATE

Thank you for being part of our fundraiser! We do not have the final total from the event (people are still donating!), but we do know one thing, we made enough to help at least FIVE HHS 2010 students! THANK YOU for making this possible!

DVD AVAILABLE! We have a DVD from this event available for purchase! The DVD price is only $10.00. There are two 30-minute Live class performances of all of the Instructors that were at this event. We also included the Team’s Kick-Off Routine! Contact Debbie for more Information.

CLIENT HIGHLIGHT - BARBARA

CORPORATE CLIENT LOST 20-LB WHILE HAVING FUN
"My youngest son is getting married next year in June. I knew I needed to lose weight anyway so I set my goal at 50 lbs. I am hoping for 100 lbs - but did not want to set myself up to fail. When Zumba was offered after work at Trinity Health, I decided to try it. It turns out I really LOVE it. You make the class fun and even though we are sweating by the time, the class is over - it is hard to believe it is over because the time goes so fast. I do not like weight scales - but noticed my clothes were getting looser so I decided to jump on the scale near the end of the first session offered at Trinity. To my amazement, I lost 20 lbs. Besides my Zumba exercise, I have tried to eat healthier so obviously the combination of the two has paid off.

I am now signed up again for Session 2 and am hoping to have continued success. I appreciate you coming to Trinity and offering these courses. I truly enjoy your class and have actually enjoyed exercising (for the first time in my life)."

PERFECT TO ACCOMPLISH FITNESS GOALS!
"Four days a week, for an hour, I have “My Time” when I go to exercise class to do something that’s just for me. If during that hour I forget about what happened at work, or how my sick friend is doing, or what to cook for dinner or the myriad of other things that crowd my thoughts, and if I work up a good sweat, then I’ve had a great My Time hour.

In class, I go to my “spot”. There I focus on Debbie, Donna, Laura, or Sonia … the instructor who is leading class that day. I try to do exactly what they do with the same intensity. In the cardio classes, the challenge for me is to complete every routine and for the routines to get easier week by week. In the Zumba class, the challenge for me is to get “in the zone”. That means I want to execute the dance well enough to feel as if I were performing on stage, not just exercising. When the dance and the music come together, it’s not work. It is fun, and I have a great hour of My Time.

For several years now my exercise classes have been with Fitness Motivators. The variety of classes offered keeps me from getting bored, and the level of difficulty keeps me challenged. I have benefited from this exercise program by staying very healthy, conquering stressful days, feeling good and looking younger than my age (or so I have been told). These classes are a perfect environment to accomplish my fitness goals."

WELCOME BACK! WE ARE THRILLED TO HAVE YOU!
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all back to your Fall Session with Fitness Motivators. We appreciate and thrive on your dedication to our company and your continued drive to maintain a healthy lifestyle through Fitness Motivators! We are all very proud and pleased to lead you into the next Fitness year and plan on continuing our promise to give you all a fun and quality workout.

For those of you who do not know me, I am Christina Truss-Welsh, daughter of owner Donna Truss. I have grown up in the Fitness Industry since my mom created the program in 1988, making me just 5 years old. While watching my mom’s continued success to help others achieve their personal fitness goals I decided this was the path I sought after to follow. Therefore I have been teaching group exercise since I was 16 years old and hope to continue in my mom and Aunt Debbie’s footsteps and make it a lifelong hobby/career. As a result, you will be seeing more of my thoughts and advice on fitness in future eNews articles.

Z-Box FITNESS WORKSHOPS
Starting 2010, Fitness Motivators will be launching Z-Box Fitness nationwide! We have been working very hard on this program for many years. If you are currently a Z-Box student, please take the time to provide some feedback. We would like to include your feedback on our new Z-Box website that Donna will be designing. (A photo of yourself will be great, but optional.) Donna is presently creating a dynamic Z-Box website! Make sure to check back often of her progress! For now here is a temporary link: www.z-boxfitness.com. The Z-Box Fitness workshop will be available to all Instructors and their students nationwide.
