Every New Year many will think of how they can improve the next year, with that comes many health, fitness and diet resolutions. Well, as you see Fitness Motivators is helping you start your New Year’s right with a challenge that is easy to follow and will be guided by your favorite Exercise Company! If you are pondering over whether or not to participate in the challenge here are some reasons I feel it to be a benefit!

Although I have never been a trainer focused on the number on the scale I am a firm believer in a healthier better you! Even if that means losing a few pounds to obtain optimal health!

During this challenge you should focus not only on your weight loss, but rather focus on YOU. Allow yourself this challenge time to be STRONGER in your life by having CONTROL over your eating habits, DEDICATION to your workouts, and MOTIVATION to continue on a healthier YOU.

While doing this challenge you will find yourself becoming more educated on health and fitness by doing your own weight loss research and asking your instructors for advice and tips. Your new educated mind will only benefit you and your future.

This challenge will only guide you in the right direction of living a healthier 2014 year! We as instructors are always here for you; to pick you up when you fall, to lend an ear when you need one, and for a strong shoulder to help you through your busy days!
