"I started going to Fitness Motivators after my oldest daughter was about 1 or 2 yrs. old and needed to get back into shape & start exercising again……she is now 27 years old so that would have been around 1987 or 1988ish. That was back when Donna was teaching with Debra and Debbie at the daycare center on Harvey Lake Rd/Milford Rd. I took classes back then for a couple years then stopped for a long time (had another baby). I have been back now for about 10 years or so & absolutely love the classes. You guys are awesome and have a great program!" - Kim

"In a few months I will 67 years old. I have been in Cardio Boxing and All Level Boot Camp classes at the Costick Center in Farmington Hills for at least 14 years. I was in another fitness program before joining Fitness Motivators and it was okay but a little too dance oriented for me. The exercise and music were the same for the entire eight week session. I find the Fitness Motivators classes to be different every week and a lot of fun. I am pretty spry for my age and I feel good. I directly attribute my fitness to my workouts at the Costick Center and Laura and Sonia's teaching expertise. These ladies are good and in great shape! I have abs like a rock and encourage my grand kids to take a good shot at my gut as long as I know it's coming. I also have three daughters who make a big deal of trying to keep up with me on bike rides. In the summer months I try to ride at least 20 miles a week in addition to my exercise classes. If you want to feel good as you age you have to keep up your fitness level. My goal is to be working out well into my seventies and beyond. I highly recommend Fitness Motivator classes!!" - Tony
